The controller for Totalizing Hopper Scale or Batching Scale is of two types.
One is the specially designed controller for Totalizing Hopper Scale or Batching Scale .
This type of meter has fixed functions with a few parameters for customers to choose,but not many. Due to the complicacy of the different work flows, this type of controller cannot meet the needs of the customers. Thus, the customers have to ask the manufacturer to make special controller for them. This costs a lot of money and time and also causes trouble for maintenance. The other one is normal scale added with PLC ( Programmable Logic Controller ) which gets weight data from normal scale and completes the flow processing using PLC. While this kind of structure is flexible, it is too complicated, too expensive. Moreover, the PLC programming is too difficult for personnel in scale industry to master.
XK3196C2 programmable weighing indicator controller developed by Hangzhou Sifang adopts special chip which combines the advantages of the above mentioned two types.
XK3196C2 is a single weighing indicator, the installing hole is only 151mm (width) * 76mm (height) * 170mm (depth). Customers can program to config its function and work flow.
What's more, the programming is very simple; one command is in accordance with a step in a procedure. For example: “WAIT W 2” stands for “feed to the set ‘high-speed feeding quantity'”. Normally, the programming is completed after the whole procedure is written down step by step. Generally, a customer program consists of about ten commands.
Even if the customers don't have any programming background, they can master this after a short training (2 or 3 days), and if the customers have some programming experience, they can use it after reading the manual. To facilitate our customers, we developed programming software package to give away with our machine.
The programming is through its COM, so our customers can program online and thus change the work flow conveniently. We can program for our customer according to the work flow.

4. Sampling size: 24 bit A/D
The functions of this controller are only limited by the total number of input and output, so we can config it as following:
